The Gay & Lesbian Leadership Institute equips LGBT leaders for success.  Through its training and professional development programs, each year the Leadership Institute assists hundreds of individuals who go on to influential careers in politics, government, business and advocacy.  Founded in 1993, the Leadership Institute is a tax-exempt educational and research organization.
