Join the year’s largest gathering of LGBT leaders from across the country and around the globe in exciting Las Vegas.

The only gathering of its kind today, the Leadership Conference provides a collegial, informative and friendly environment for networking, leadership development and discussion for elected and appointed officials and their counterparts from the corporate and non-profit worlds. Local and state elected and appointed officials mix with national political and policy leaders to exchange ideas and best practices for serving their constituents. “Literally we talk about, what has been going on in your city, what has been happening with you, do you need any help?” said Houston City Councilwoman Sue Lovell, who hosted the 2006 Leadership Conference in her home city.

This year attendees will have the opportunity to work on policy issues that affect communities large and small. And some of the countries top political voices will address the conference about the U.S. presidential election ahead. Check this site often for updates to the conference program.

Each year, GLLI presents the International Gay & Lesbian Leadership Conference, which brings together hundreds of openly LGBT elected and appointed officials and community leaders for several days of panels, workshops and trainings. As the largest gathering in the United States of LGBT leaders, the Leadership Conference is an integral part of GLLI’s overall efforts to educate, enrich and connect LGBT leaders across the country and around the globe.
