Program Manager
Organization: Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund and Institute
Position Overview
The Gay & Lesbian Victory Institute is looking for Program Manager with strong research and networking skills, ideally with a background in the sciences or health, to (1) help us continue to find and appoint LGBT professionals to boards, commissions and advisory committees across federal agencies; and (2) to manage our database of U.S. and international Out Officials to help us identify strong candidates for our leadership programming such as the Bohnett Fellowship and the Leadership Conference. A passion for developing LGBT leaders is a must.

Victory's fundraising team works with thousands of supporters every year as we carry out our mission to grow the number of openly LGBT elected officials at the local, state and federal levels of government.
