Joseph Hernandez nabs Dallas Morning News endorsement

Victory-endorsed candidate Joseph Hernandez has received the endorsement of the Dallas Morning News in his race to represent District 3 on the Dallas City Council.  The paper’s editorial page said, “Mr. Hernandez, 37, who works as a community development manager for a bank, is firmly rooted in the community. As president of the Fort Worth Avenue Development Group, he won praise for his inclusive style and thoughtful approach to complex issues. His work on the Landmark Commission prepared him to help District 3 strike a balance between encouraging economic development and preserving historic neighborhoods.”
