Oregon's out lawmakers celebrate new laws

Oregon lawmakers Rep. Tina Kotek and Sen. Kate Brown celebrated the signing of two laws that will create officially-recognized domestic partnerships and add non-discrimination language for LGBT Oregonians to state civil rights laws.  At the signing ceremony, Gov. Ted Kulongoski said the two new laws tell the world that “Oregon is a land of equal opportunity for all our citizens.”
