Penn. Senate confirms openly gay judge
Mon, Jul 2nd 2007, 13:01Dan Anders, a Victory-endorsed candidate for a judgeship on the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, has been unanimously confirmed by the State Senate.
Anders, who planned to run for election to the bench, was instead appointed to the seat by Gov. Ed Rendell.
