Equipping Movement Leaders for Success

Social movements succeed only with talented leaders.  Commitment, passion and dedication are crucial, but fundamental management and leadership skills are necessary to focus the energy that produces real change.

The Leadership Institute ensures that LGBT movement leaders have opportunities to perfect the skills needed to succeed and grow effective organizations.  By partnering with leading executive development and leadership training organizations, the Leadership Institute provides a clearinghouse of tools that are helping to professionalize the movement for LGBT civil rights.

Customizing Your Path to Success

Building your leadership skills set doesn’t lend itself to a one-size-fits-all approach.  That’s where the Leadership Institute can help.  Individuals who want to grow their management skills and leadership potential are encouraged to contact us to discuss programs suitable for their unique needs.   To learn more about our programs, contact George Walker, Vice President, Leadership Initiatives.
